RPTU Researcher Receives Best Paper Award at EurIPS 2025 in Copenhagen

  M.Sc. Phil Ostheimer from the research group of Jun.-Prof. Dr. Sophie Fellenz
  at the Department of Computer Science at RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau was awarded the
  Best Paper Award at the SIMBIOCHEM Workshop (Machine Learning for Simulations in Biology and Chemistry)
  at EurIPS 2025 in Copenhagen on December 6, 2025.

  The award-winning paper is titled
  "Sparse Data Diffusion for Scientific Simulations in Biology and Physics.”

  In recognition of this achievement, the author will receive an NVIDIA DGX Spark,
  which will be used in the Fellenz working group for research in the field of machine learning.
